Providing convenient access to health information is a priority at Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Participating stores in the U.S. are offering visitors the opportunity to take the first step with free blood pressure and cholesterol screenings during the fourth annual National Healthy Heart Community Events on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at select Wal-Mart stores and Saturday, February 24, 2007 at select Sam's Club locations. The events will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

To find a location near you, click here. You do not need to be a member of Sam’s Club to participate in the event. Blood and cholesterol screenings will not be available at Wal-Mart stores and Sam’s Club locations in NY, NJ, CA, PA, MD, TN, and NV.
